What is Wink?
Wink is a mobile app that helps people make new friends from all over
the world! 👯♀️ We are not a dating app. 🚨 Our mission is to provide a
fun and safe space for everyone to make friends.
Who is Wink intended for?
The Wink experience is intended for users age 13 and over. If you know
your child is using Wink and is not 13 years of age, please contact us
at
support@getwinkapp.com. 👩💻
How do I delete my account?
We’d hate to see you go 😢 But if you’ve made up your mind, you can go
to your account settings in Wink and find the “Delete my account”
button at the bottom. Make sure you type out the word delete with no
spaces or extra characters, and then select “Delete.” If you have a
Wink+ subscription, please email us at
support@getwinkapp.com
before attempting to delete your account. Deleting your account while
you have an active subscription can prevent you from accessing your
subscription in the future.
How do I get more gems?
Want more gems? 💎 Don’t we all! To get more gems every day, click
your gems at the top of the screen and do the actions listed to earn
more. You can also purchase gems, or consider subscribing to Wink+ for
FREE unlimited swiping!
What is Wink+?
Wink+ is a subscription designed to give you even more perks on Wink,
like unlimited swiping, unlimited rewinds, free weekly boosts, and
more! You can choose to subscribe for 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year

What do I do if I’m having issues with a purchase on Wink?
Did you try to purchase something on Wink and it’s not working the way
it’s supposed to? 😬 Send us an email at
support@getwinkapp.com
with the following information: 1) Your Wink ID and Snapchat username,
2) whether or not you are using the same device, account, and Apple ID
as when you made the purchase, 3) if you’ve deleted the app after
purchasing something, 4) if it’s a Wink+ issue, what date your
subscription is set to expire and 5) any other information we should
know! Our support team will get right on it.
How do I change who I’m seeing on Wink?
Are you looking for someone specific? 🔍 You can edit your search
preferences on the swiping screen and in your settings! This is where
you can change the age range and gender of the people you swipe on, as
well as your own country or worldwide!
How do I block someone?
Someone on Wink bothering you? 😡 If so, you can click the three dots
and “Block user.” 🙄 If they’re violating our
Community Guidelines, please report them instead of blocking so we can do something about
it. 🙅♀️
What do I do if I find a bug on the app?
If you find a bug on the app, please report it to us at
support@getwinkapp.com. 🐛 Include your Wink ID + Snap username, device information, a
screen recording and/or screenshot, and as much detail as possible!

How can a user control who contacts them?
No one likes to be contacted by someone they don’t want to hear from,
and we feel that.🤢 On Wink, users can set preferences like age,
gender, and location. This feature works both ways. Do you only want
to see men ages 18-22 in your country? That’s who you’ll see, and ONLY
those users will see you. Additionally, no one gets your Snapchat
username automatically. If someone sends you a request and you’re not
interested, just pass - no hard feelings. 💁♀️
How can I report inappropriate content or behavior?
To report a user for violating our Wink Community Guidelines, please
click the three dots, tap the “Report” button, and send it. ✈️
No one wants to see inappropriate content! Rest assured that we are
working hard to remove this sort of content, but sometimes it falls
through the cracks. If you see something, say something, using our
in-app report feature. We have a team working around the clock
(literally 24/7) to manage all reports as quickly as possible.
Please note that Wink cannot control the interactions that happen on
Snapchat or other apps if the conversation is moved off of our
